that is a great article on drew and team leadership. it will make those young guys become men and prepare them for life after football where now u are taking orders and following protical. when the time comes to make there own discissions it will be cake.

This is better than fans could have hoped for during the lock out. This is going to pay off huge dividends when we start the season.
