FB Kory Hall?

We signed this guy. How did I miss it what with all my Heath Evans hate?

The 6-0, 236-pound Hall was converted from linebacker to fullback upon joining the Green Bay Packers as a sixth-round draft pick in 2007 out of Boise State and has appeared in 48 games with 26 starts. He’s recorded 21 receptions for 137 yards with one TD during his career, while serving as the blocking back for a Packers offensive attack that joined the Saints as the only two clubs to finish in the top 10 in offense for the past four seasons. Hall’s also posted 52 career special teams tackles, including leading the Super Bowl XLV Champions with a career-best 15 stops on coverage units in 2010.

Nice. I watched him play here at BSU. Was a damn good linebacker. Glad to see him in the black and gold.

Is this Evans' replacement? Or is he just competition and a special teams specialist?

I doubt we keep 2 FB's, especially with D. Thomas on the roster.

Yeah...I dunno. Good ST guy. As we know it's not gonna hurt my feelings one iota if Evans is shown the door. Punk...

With the way Payton thinks, this could be the guy to replace SS. He might have seen his film from BSU and figured he is a LB, back up FB and strong ST. We will see how long he is on the roster.

I think Evans is done. I am completely over him and put him in the same Faine category. JUNK and overrated.

We could seriously do better. Most anyone is better!!!

Hall played for the Saints for like one game back in the 2003 or 2004 season if I'm not mistaken.

Different guy I think. Kory was drafted in 2007.
