Saints wide receiver Joe Horn's season came to an abrupt end Sunday when he separated his left shoulder during New Orleans' 20-19 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Saints coach Jim Haslett said Horn will miss Sunday's finale against the playoff-bound Dallas Cowboys at the Superdome. Horn has started all but one regular-season game (62 of 63) since joining the Saints in 2000.
Horn finishes with 78 catches for 973 yards and 10 touchdowns, including a franchise record four scores against the New York Giants in a 45-7 victory Dec. 14. He has caught at least one pass in 77 consecutive games dating to the 1999 season with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Haslett said Horn will not need surgery.
Haslett said three other injured players would be evaluated on a day-to-day basis -- running back Deuce McAllister (knee), wide receiver Michael Lewis (quadriceps) and middle linebacker Orlando Ruff (back).
