With the Saints and Packers being really strong teams and winning the last two superbowls, The Lions and the Eagles on the rise and the NFC South being a real hornets nest this perception will start to swing.

Its already swung over on NFL radio on Sirius. Terrestrial radio and espn and others always seem so off base to me. Honestly though I never got the feeling on any of the Sirius NFL radio shows that they considered the AFC to be stronger than the NFC.If anything I think they feel the AFC beginning to slide as the NFC rises. And just like you said, the South is gonna be a battle and the north and east aren't gonna just roll over.
