This is an excerpt of a recent article of his...

One of the most amazing statistics (is) that in the entire 2010 preseason, nine players suffered Achilles' tendon tears. In a full season, the NFL usually averages about eight per year.

In less than two weeks of training camp this year and before a snap was taken in any preseason games, 10 players have sustained Achilles tears...

The good news is the saints have not gotten any serious injury's, nobody is going to miss a year or half a year.

We have alot of nick nack injury's and a small few will miss 1-2 games into the regular season.

The players had a self-interest to stay in shape and keep themselves practice ready. Within a month of the actual resolution, the season was clearly and unambiguously going to begin within a week of being "on time." I don't blame the lockout per se, I blame the players. Lockout or no, it is their responsibility to show up prepared.

I have to agree; especially when it comes to the unusually high number of sports hernia cases we've had...

All teams have strengths and weaknesses, and it seems our trainers and medical staff need a healthy review...

Should unabated, objective criticism be limited to veterans like Stinchcomb?!?

And our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach should have his arse in better shape, if for no other reason than to project credibility of his status...
