Seen this movie before. Only people who listen to the games on the radio are not aware, that Darren Sharper has REALLY lost a step since the '09 season.... I love the guy, but sorry, I just don't see him coming back. There is a reason other teams have passed on him....It's a young man's game. I could maybe see him play something of a Mike McKenzie type role, IF someone gets hurt in mid-season he walks in off the street into a temporary roster spot, and making a big splash for a game or two, but that's about it for the old man....remember how McKenzie looked great against the Patriots in '09, everybody cheered for him, and then he looked old and really slow against the Redskins and whatever other games he might have played in....love the guy but I just don't see Sharper's return happening except as an emergency Band-aid type of situation like that. Keep his phone number handy but as of right now he is not on this team unless something changes drastically for the worse with the players we have.
