Saints sign another vetertan TE

John Gilmore - TE - Saints Saints agreed to terms with TE John Gilmore.
The nine-year veteran was cut by the Steelers Saturday. He'll see time in two-tight end sets as a blocking specialist in New Orleans. Gilmore has never caught more than 15 passes in a season.

I thought we should keep a 3rd and I guess they already had this one in the making. Now I would just love to see another veteran safety.

I'd guess one of our FB's or King or Humbar or they place Hartley on IR..

"Hurt"ly!! His injury is costing the team as a whole. Any other kickers out there? Who won the PK for Dallas?

He was originally drafted by the Saints in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft.
