Since Sean Canfield is gone now, maybe John Kasay should take his number 4, since it was his number at Carolina for all those years he kicked for them. It might help him be more comfortable in his new black and gold colors, as many players regard their number as lucky. It doesn't take much to get into a kicker's head and every little thing that could be beneficial, no matter how minor it may seem, might help him be more confident. Plus, those misses in the number 2 jersey he wore the other night could be passed off as a hex on that number from the Aaron Brooks days.
