i was about to say. that is not cool and not what we want on this site. peppers is going to require bushrod and help. bushrod can not handle him. a lot of te/rb help and once again kicking a guard out to help him. going to be a long night.

Yep, couldn't agree more with you on that. Pull the guard and run right past him.

Peppers is a fantastic player that uses his great speed to blow past people. I would cut block him early and often. That is usually the best way to slow down a speedrusher. If he starts to hesitate a little and Bushrod can get his hands on him its a different story.

I don't want to cripple him......but I do want to bust him up so that he has to start healing on the sideline by the second quarter. Strictly short term injury.
In the old days we used try to take out the opponents. I'm an old school rugby player back when there were no substitutions. If you could take a player out it was 14 on 15. Of course we drank a keg together after the game so it didn't get personal. I've taken opponents to the hospital before and drank a few shots on the way.

Peppers is a BEAST, just have to get the ball moving quickly and we'll be fine. If Brees hesitates he'll be in the backfield, no stopping him.
