Bears @ Saints - Winner/Final Score

It makes me nervous that the entire ESPN analyst staff picks the Saints against a team that anhialated the Clowns.

Saints 31 Bears 21

jeanpierre 09-18-2011 07:49 AM

Saints 31, Bears 20

Danno 09-18-2011 07:53 AM

Saints 27
Bears 17

Hero - Mark Ingram, has his breakout day.
Goat - Harper, won't have a bad game, but if he gives up 1 completion all game he'll be blasted.

Is Harper playing?

Oh thats right. I forgot.

He's got a bum ankle and might not play. I haven't heard anything about it today. Anyway, even if he doesn't play he'll be blamed for something I'm sure. ;)

The whole key to this game is Urlacher. He's the main reason the blueprint to beating a cover-2 doesn't work well against Chicago. We need to get up early and keep them guessing.

Yeah Urlacher might be full of emotion today...he could have a monster day or be overcome with the death of his mom...i feel bad for him...but i think he gets lit up..If we can get our running game going it will be a long day for that Tampa 2...Im worried about Nicks..friday he was sick with some illness..hope he can play and play well..very crucial to our run game...i think Kruetz will be a bit emotional as well...but he should be ok being the old vet he is..gonna be a battle..but we come out on top

28 to 17 Saints

I hope you're right, but I have a bad feeling that Brees will be running for his life all game. The team dedicated this game to his Mom and usually that translates to everyone playing with high intensity for all 60 minutes.

This game went from our 4th toughest to 2nd toughest on our schedule.

strato 09-18-2011 08:24 AM

Thats why im hoping we can get the running game going..and Meg Ryan did have some success with the playaction..Turner also had over a 100 yards and them...we will see how it all plays out..We have to punch it in on goal line situations. No FGs

NOS2SB 09-18-2011 08:24 AM

I think Urlacher may be emotionally drained. I know I would be. I don't think he'll be totally focused, but we'll see. I don't think it's bad for us that they dedicated this game to his mom either. They just put more pressure on themselves when they didn't have to.

Saints 38
Bears 24

FinSaint 09-18-2011 08:24 AM

27-12 Saints

subguy 09-18-2011 09:37 AM

I say Saints 31 - 17 I think that Pierre will see more carries. Brees is going to be pressured all day, but will step up into the pocket as opposed to last game and running backward. Graham will have 2 scores.

jeanpierre 09-18-2011 10:06 AM

That whole Bears defense went to the funeral on a jet leased by Julius Peppers; that was a class act...

Now, we do have them at home...

But with that solidarity, and emotion, we just have to withstand the initial burst like the Green Bay Game...

Then when they are tired from that adrenaline rush - make our move and stick a stake through their heart...

jeanpierre 09-18-2011 10:34 AM

We're stuck with Joe Buck today...Merde!

Saintsfan4ever 09-18-2011 11:35 AM

Saints 33 Bears 31 ... I think this one will be decided with a field goal late. Saints must contain Forte, and I look for Graham and Sproles to show up big on 3rd downs. Our secondary will be vulnerable to a degree, but remember we're in the dome, the noise/pressure should keep Cutler from getting everything he wants from his wideouts.

I agree, but to much emotion is when you all most always make mistakes.
I will use domestic violence as my evidence.
