To me thats prolly the most accurate ratings I have seen. However I'm not ready to give Detroit a top 10 ranking until they play a GOOD team. I do think the Texans have a good team.

Detroit is beating the teams they should be beating.

If Stafford can stay healthy, they will be a force to reckoned with, especially in the NFC North.

I can see them challenging the Packers for the division

Dear Seahawk fans,

Remember how you treated me and my family at the playoff game last year? well, ....LMAO...this made me happy to read...

RANK

32

0-2 SEAHAWKS

Seattle is terrible. The offense is going to have to take some shots down the field, if for no other reason than to open up some running lanes. In two games, Seattle's ground game has run 35 times for 95 yards. Not good. The 'Hawks didn't take a snap on the Steelers' side of the field until midway through the fourth quarter Sunday

Does that mean we are going to the rose bowl?

Ghey

Halo 09-20-2011 07:00 PM

Highest ranked 1-1 team, woowhooooo

SmashMouth 09-20-2011 07:10 PM

Does that mean they are going to a BCS bowl? Are they also realigning the league?

AlaskaSaints 09-20-2011 07:19 PM

Hey, Belair - In a way, that makes me feel worse about that game! LOL

Any other given day...

Alaska

3 SAINTS

Way to bounce back, Sean Payton & Co. No Marques Colston, no problem. Brees was simply fantastic, going 26 of 37 for 270 yards and three touchdowns.

Even more impressive was the New Orleans pass rush, which got to Jay Cutler six times. If only they could've done that a couple of Thursdays ago.
I like it

Must suck to be a Seahawks fan (so far this year) if the lousy team could have scored even a field goal this week I owuld have won in my fantasy league (my opponent had Steelers D)

true, but any misery that lousy franchise can experience...is a plus and I can laugh at them in gas stations, at restaurants, at work, while im driving down
I5, while Im takin a dump in a seahawk fan owned business i can write on the walls that the hawks are ranked #32...you know, the typical

Just like the whole QB rating system... I think it is designed to try and convert baseball fans who get into the whole stats thing.

In Grown Man Tackle Football all that matters is if you win.

Power Rankings are for the college fans so they can relate but when the day is down the Power Rankings mean NOTHING - ZERO - NADA!!!

In Grown Man Tackle Football all that matters if you win and win when it counts.

Careful, as much as it sucked, the last time we played they won when it counted.

Actually its someone's opinion of how good/bad your team is. Its no different than posting your football opinions on a football forum, or reading other's opinion's about your team.

Why are the Texans #5
They played 2 horrible teams, colts are ranked #29, and we didn't really play them in the preseason, I think the Pats and GB should switch places, and the chargers are way better than the Texans or Jets

"Spoiler Alert: One team that didn't move was Atlanta. A team that ekes out a home win over a third-string quarterback and has given up the most points in its conference doesn't deserve a top 10 ranking."

The writer calls it as it is

Thank god electrons are free. If they weren't you'd never see something called "power ranking."

I picked up Arizona's defense for that reason.
