I find that our D is too aggressive towards the middle. Anotherwards, when the running back gets the ball and runs up the A and B gaps, the entire line and linebackers gravitate towards the middle and don't contain the outside. We always get smoked on the edges. They have to learn outside containment.

After watching the Detroit Lions defense yesterday, I realized that's kind of where I thought our defense would be this year with the additions. I want our defense to be mean and nasty!

I just want to see them hold teams to 20 or less.
Our upper tier offense just makes our defense pale in comparison.
If we ever get to what I call "Lights Out", we would be unbeatable.

You should watch this video. This guy is one of the most vicious DT/NG's I have ever seen. He never quits from the point of when the ball is snapped to after the whistle is blown. He has a nose for the football. Kind of reminds me of Sam Mills with his level of agressiveness. His name is Warren Bondi, and he is currently playing for The University Of Neworleans which is a club team currently looking to move to division 2. He ultimately wants to play at Tulane. Check him out!!!!
