Jim Henderson rips Shockey
 

I wonder if Jim Henderson has ever met Shockey in person. Just a thought.

Everyone has there opinion I liked the guy myself.

I don't think Henderson was commenting on Shockey as a person, but as a football player and teammate. Henderson is probably right, but Shockey was a good boy when he was here so I don't care what he does now and am somewhat humbled that he is so upset he isn't here anymore. That's just Shockey and it is what has made him a popular figure even though he's been an average tight end.

I like him too.

I think Payton/Loomis had a Come-To-Jesus meeting with him before the Saints signed him.

Maybe they had another one of those meetings on deciding whether to resign him..... We all know how that turned out...

This was sparked when Shockey decided to not shake hands with his former teammates and just run straight to the Lockerroom after we beat them, it was a disgusting whiny act from a grown ass man and Jim was right on for slamming him, the dude got some growing up to do.

Right on! Sometimes you never know where someone's heart and mind is, until they pull their pants down.

Graham is WAY more talented than Shockey. The coach/general managers job is to keep the team filled with talented compatible players. Glad we got rid of Shockey and Bush. Sproles on one leg and with a broken arm is better than Bush.
