My money says Pats, but since I don\'t gamble anymore,

Panthers-23
New England-20

MVP-Jake Delhomme (only because whatever makes our Saints look the most foolish is absolutely destined to occur)

This is when everyone find out what Delhoume really made of. I believe he is a average QB w/ alot of luck. I seen so many balls he tossed in the air that was pure lucky. He even admitted that he toss up prayer makers. He want be able to do it against the PATRIOTS. My prediction :
1. Delhoume will be 4 - 21 for 40 yards 4 ints
2. Davis 13 carries 40 yards, Foster 6 carries 21 yards

MVP Richard Seymour 4 sacks

Patriots 20 Panthers 3

Jake does just enough, Panthers defense roughs up the Pats receivers off the line, Davis and Foster prove what a running game can do when the teams are even.

31-10 -- Pats win

The Pats D shows up big; Ty Law, in celebration of the fact that the Pats will keep his big ole contract next year, will terrorize the Beaux Bridge Bomber all day long. Law picks two passes, takes one for a TD and wins the MVP. The Panther offense can\'t get going, and the Pats defense scores at least twice.

I hope I\'m wrong, and this is a close game, but I just ain\'t feelin it.

Yeah, I don\'t have the small-rounds to put my money on this one. Lummox, you\'ve just given me a reason to root for the Cats. Good luck, big guy.

If it makes you feel more confident, I played my annual PS2 John Madden Superbowl yesterday. The Panthers won, 41-34. Lots of defensive and special teams scoring. Jake didn\'t do too well

(something like a 58 passer rating and two picks), but Peppers had three sacks, Davis had two rushing tds and Smith ran two punts back for scores.

And the answer to your question is \"yes, I have no life.\"

Happy Superbowl Day, everyone! Let\'s hope next year\'s is even happier!

You the man Billy , the spread was 7 .

If that is the same feeling you had about the Saints season earlier this year . I am gonna double my Super Bowl bets ....

By the way I am sure you saw the Panthers defense fail and Jake lead those 2 drives ..

Yeah Jake threw 3 of something. I think they are called touchdowns. Once again we see Billy\'s panache for predicting. Folks, when you hear predictions come out of that man\'s mouth, put your money on the opposite!
