why dont we?
 

it seems to me that every year in the offseason, teams go out and hire "consultants" and the like(see Wolf::browns, Fassel::Ravens, McGinnis::Titans).
is there any reason why the saints never seem to add an additional mind to the "think-tank" over on airline?
personally i dont know who i would like to see there, but i would think after the past couple of seasons, somebody from outside the organization would have to be brought in to at least help evaluate or gameplan. Tom Coughlin was in camp for 20 minutes or so this year but what about a fixture on the staff for an entire season?
it would make sense to me.

maybe a QB coach to help bring along our much maligned AB?
i had an instructor who used to say "dance with the girl that brought you."
considering we have no better option at this point, why not get our girl some dance lessons?

Coughlin was a \"consultant\" last season. Haslett does \"consult\" with other football minds every offseason. We have a QB coach and last year they sent Brooks to leadership class and brought Joe Montana in to speak with him.

There isn\'t much more that they can do - so the real question is not why don\'t they do this, b/c they do. The real question is why isn\'t this working?
