Why would you discourage weight training?

The training room is where you get treatments and stufff, not where you lift weights.

I can certainly confirm that under Mora, especially during training camp from my days their, that the temperatures were down right freakin ass cold in the training rooms, film rooms and some of the offices that players would visit.
