Bart Hubbuch, of the Jacksonville Times-Union, reports the Washington Redskins have offered Jacksonville Jaguars QB Mark Brunell a three-year, $20 million contract that would include an $8 million signing bonus, an NFL source said Wednesday, Feb. 11. The league source, who did not want to be identified due to NFL tampering rules, said the proposal also would include Washington trading its third-round draft pick (73rd overall) to the Jaguars in exchange for Brunell.

This is a pretty huge deal.
I can't see it not going through if this is an accurate report.
On the plus side, this leaves us in good position to make an offer of Brooks to San Diego.
