Paytons Crutches
 

Anybody have a pic of him signaling first down with his crutches?...i want it for my avatar...that was classic..lol

My brother and I were thinking, man those crutches look like they would be comfortable if I had to have crutches for any injury.

It was funny. I am sure you will find it in the TP. Check nola.com tomorrow.
He used that crutches like an extended arm.

he did have some sort of grip like material on his crutches. It was grey and plastic looking n the top.
I am sure they are really padded too.

I'm waiting for a call to go against the Saints and while yelling at a ref he goes "boot to the head" on one of them with one of his crutches

BUT - if you use the cruches properly you only need the pads under the arms for when you are standing

I loved seeing Coach Payton use those crutches as a second set of arms. I was waiting for him to smack one of the officials upside the head with them.
