You are right JP he was at the twilight of his career when he stepped through our doors. DS can make good money in the booth along with his other ventures.

I think the biggest thing he said was "you have to trust your instincts". This could be partly what RH problem is. He is so use to being beat up in coverage and not being in position, that when he is, he can't make a play.

Darren needs to be our db coach so he can spend time with these guys and teach them what he knows.
