Detroit Lions' Ndamukong Suh's appeal denied, will miss the next two games - ESPN

NEW YORK -- The suspension stands, and that means Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will sit out the next two games for stomping an opponent during a loss to the Green Bay Packers.

Suh's appeal of the suspension handed out earlier this week was denied Friday by Art Shell, jointly appointed by the NFL and the players' association to hear such cases. Suh will miss Sunday's game at New Orleans and a Dec. 11 home game against Minnesota. He can return to practice on Dec. 12.

I kinda wanted to see the Cornhuskers fight it out. Oh well, I'll enjoy the slaughter. Hope I don't get into a fight when I go watch the game here in Mich. I'm definitely rockin the black and gold this weekend.

No one has ever been suspended for more than 5 (Haynsworth) & his was worse, so... 2 or 3.

well they're obviously a bunch of dumazzes, judging by the penalties
they incurred, but Suh's absence helped ensure that Drew stood upright
and torched them.

Sounds like this guy really is need of anger management.

Suh: "Suh is the last name: S-U-H. (To officer) How you doing? I slipped off the (indiscernible) when I was coming out. (To operator) Say that again."
Operator: "Just your first name and your phone number, sir."
Suh: "N-D-A-M-U-K-O-N-G."
Operator: "Thank you. What's the phone number for you, please?"
Suh: (Withheld).
Operator: "Thank you very much, sir."
Suh: "Thank you."
