I didn\'t immediately think about the WR connection, but that\'s a good point. This could signal Donte\'s end. I think it is too early to give up on this guy, and I hope they don\'t trade him. However, the guy needs to keep his a$$ on the field this season.

Right now I doubt we\'d get anything better than a 3rd - 4th rounder for Donte. Too much of an unknown in a year with too many rookie WR\'s with too much upside compared to a chronically injured, underachieving WR.

sorry guys, i just dont understand trading dante, it just doesnt make sense, the guy was injured last year, and he was injured the year before too but when he did play the guy was explosive, darren howard for the past 2 years was injured and u dont see us calling for him to be traded, we designated him our franchise player!!! that makes me think that the dante trade talk is just B/S. he has too much potential to give up on him in only his 2nd year
