My answer to this thread is yes.

I did not notice either an option for an official to make like a hockey player and get the puck outta here on each bad call!

Castration would be more effective and less drastic... after all... it's only a game. ;)

If the instant replay showed the ref called a bad play, they could just hit him in the nads with a hockey stick.

How baout for every bad call we stick a 3 inch nail through their "danglies!!"??

That would cut down on bad calls & the number of children they would have!! :doh:

Need to mix up the crews to even them out. The crew we had for the Titans game was notorious for throwing flags on questionable penalties. Mix the good and bad to make them average out.

Mixing them up would ruin other crews. :doh:

It would? Are we technically desegregating the officiating crews if we mix them up?

Why not just grade out the referees like coaches do players?(I thought they already did this......obviously not) Grade the referees as individuals not as a team and hold them accountable.
Maybe we could make them full time referees.....I believe this is a part time gig.
