Unless we finish as the 5th seed, we can't go to Green Bay before the NFCCG.
If we are #2, we play either #3 or the winner of #4 vs. #5. If we are #3, we would go to play at #2 and the other winner (from #4 vs. #5) would go to Green Bay. |

In all seriousness, the Packers may be hard to beat at home, but have shown true vulnerability on the defensive end of their game. I see the Packers possibly getting bumped off before the NFCCG.
IMHO, the Niners are playing much more solid ball and should be more of a problem for our boys to match up against in the playoffs. All things being equal, I wouldn't want to risk playing in the cold weather because our track record sucks outdoors in the winter weather. |
