Amazing stat on Darren Sproles

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Everyone has valid points. Sproles takes a hit well.... BUT - I wish he was not used as much in punt/kick return duty. STILL -All in all I wish they would not have published this stat. OR I hope SP ...

Everyone has valid points.

Sproles takes a hit well....

BUT - I wish he was not used as much in punt/kick return duty.

STILL -All in all I wish they would not have published this stat.

OR I hope SP sees this & works Sproles into the plan in a completely different way!!

He already has ... Sproles TD catch on Sunday came on a circle route out of the backfield and he caught the ball about 7-9 yards downfield ... great route running by Sproles.

But it's not noticeable because of his quickness and the "speed" at which he hits the line of scrimmage. Reggie's speed was only showcased a handful of times while with the Saints. Sproles' is showcased almost quarterly..."hands" ful. I don't ever recall Sproles being run down from behind. That's speed enough for me.

I'm not refuting your statement, only trying to put my worthless two cents in.
