Uhhh, sure you do, surrrrrrrre you do. ;)

They may say they want some more and probably mean it at this moment, but when we play them again it's going to be the same result. We win. And after 3 losses in one season and a draft given away for 1 player that it's going to take years to overcome{as we all know} they might should think before they speak. Payton has not built this team to lose, he has built this team to contend and win.

How many spankings do they want? Linus's hand doesn't get tired.

Be careful what you wish for

Look at me...I'm a robot!

ScottF 12-28-2011 09:52 AM

just like the article that said unnamed falcons were pissed about running up the score, this doesn't really say they want us again. One guy saying 'hopefully' doesn't exactly scream rematch

and the author is D. Orlando Ledbetter? seriously?

mike27 12-28-2011 10:00 AM

Isn't Lucy Linus's sister?--that's a bit more than weird. Maybe you should substitute Charlie Brown for Linus --after all, she's the one that keeps snatching that darn football out before CB can give it a good kick.

"Falcons want a playoff rematch with the Saints."

Want in one hand and **** in the other and see which one fills up the fastest.

My favorite teams next weekend (besides the Saints) are The Rams, The Bucs, and The Lions.

“Oh, most definitely,” safety William Moore said. “We’ll be prepared much better. Hopefully, we can make a run. If we come to New Orleans, we know what to expect.”

Oh Yeah, another butt whooping!!! But maybe we'll try and find another record to break while we are in the process of destroying you again.

arsaint 12-28-2011 10:34 AM

Seriously, you REALLY want the Saints again??? Rest Turner, Rotty, Patty Slice and the others boys. Throw the season finale and get your best padded pants packed for the Superdome.

Michigan_SF 12-28-2011 10:41 AM

Maybe they just want to hang at the dome and see a good team play?

saintfan 12-28-2011 01:00 PM

What else are they going to say?

"Uh, we don't want no more of that chit. Those guys are a level or two above anything we can bring to the field."

They HAVE to say they want more. And isn't that just grand?

That analogy to the 2008 Cardinals was dumb because they didn't play the SAME TEAM week one of the playoffs. Plus, they basically got 2 playoff bye-weeks by having to play the Clowns and the Kittens. The Eagles were they're only real playoff game that year, and even that was a relatively week team.

STATISTICS on beating the same team 3 TIMES IN SAME SEASON!
I recently researched the numbers on beating the same team 3 times in same season since it is very possible we will play Falcons 3 times this season since Lions won this week and should win next week with Packers resting starters.

Here it is, 19 times since 1970 have teams faced each other 3 times in same season. 3 wins has happened 12 times out of 19 possible. That's a 70.5% chance for 3rd win after two wins in same season. The last time it happened was just 2 years ago with Steelers beating Ravens 3 times.

The theory behind numbers is that the reason one team beats the other twice in regulars season is because it's the better team and this is why such a high rate of 70.5% to get 3rd win.

(from the saint's report)

arsaint 12-28-2011 02:17 PM

The Saints were one of the 7 that did not pull off the 3peat in 1991.

However, you have to consider that the Saints were also without their two starting CBs and lost due to a couple of big pass plays...

I would rather see the falcons then any other team in the playoffs. We know exactly how to beat them. Stats show that if you beat a team 2 x , 90% win the 3rd game also in the NFL.
Lions and Giants can upset any of the big 3 teams, NO,GB, NE by accident.

I want to play them again. so we can have bragging rights for taking the division from them and ending their playoff dreams.
Let's go angry little chicks. Come get your spanking

Danno 12-28-2011 05:30 PM

So, they would rather face New Orleans in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome with 72,000 screaming maniacs than face the mediocre Cowboys or Giants?

Uhhh, yeah right.

Yup. Totally backin' those guys.

WHO_DAT_CAT 12-29-2011 06:43 PM

I've said it before and I'll say it again: The Falcons are classless.

Once again, they demonstrate their IQ too.

Fail. Again.

LBCutta 12-30-2011 02:03 PM

I'd rather play the Lions. Call me a nervous Nelly but beating the Falcons this time wont be easy.......Hard to beat a team 3 times in one year let alone twice in a 3 week span. Besides I'd rather them go to Lambeau and hopefully get lucky and beat GB. No one else has the defensive potential to stop GB I think except the Clowns. We have the offense to go blow for blow but I think the clowns can go up there and upset the Packers and THEN come to the dome and get stomped.
