I will say, he sure has rhythm.


Really, the guy leads. Motivates. Not in just a pregame chant, but on the serious side. He is one of them. He is not a separate member of the team. I like the dive to get first down yesterday.
He will do something, if needed, not typically a qb thing that a qb does all the time. If teams needs it, he'll do it. That motivates them, well, hey, qb can take a smart risk, think, so can they. And as we see, they do. Go for it attitude.
