Pro Bowl:Glamour vs Respect
 

We often talk among ourselves about the players that get voted to the pro bowl.

We feel slighted because our Saints players had a better year than x-player or y-player. We like to believe that someone else's fanbase voted more than us. I voted for all Saint players, over and over again.

The bottom line is, our votes don't matter!

My understanding is that the fan votes are really inconsequential. The players' and coaches' votes are the ones that make up the bulk of the deciding ballots.

How about the respect that Nicks, Evans and Bushrod received this year?

This tells me that our o-line is the best in the NFL.

The folks who play against and have to scheme against them showed them that respect.

So, tell me why the 49ers "great defense" are gonna stop our offense tomorrow?

I don't think they will stop us, I think they do have the ability to slow us down. We have to get off the field on third down to get the ball back.
