Gregg Williams re-joins Fisher in St. Louis

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Thanks Greg for all you did during the Super Bowl run. Thanks again. Good luck to you with the Rams. I've said enough time to move on, and look to next year....

Forget about it. It is spelled incorrectly more than any other word and I don't know why.

For the record...another word...definitely...is very commonly spelled "definately".

In the end, though, I am being a real hypocrite (sp? ) because if it were up to me we would adopt a new rule when it comes to English and spelling. We are already in the midst of it with our "chat" lingo...so why not just go out and make it official. A word is spelled the way you want to spell it.

xampl... tough is now tuff

Kinda weerd...no?

Whether you think you can or think you can't...you're right!

If my choices are the ones listed previously, I want Del Rio. One thing I like about him is that he is a former Saint, and he was pretty well liked while here.

I am not sold on Spags. The year the Giants put on a defensive performance to win the SB, '07, was not really a great year defensively for the Giants. I can remember posting after 3 games into that season that it was the worst defense I had ever seen...and that coming from a guy who has watched the Saints from the very beginning! I think he got all of his recognition from that one game...a game where his front 4 decided to show-up in a major way.

Somebody mentioned Haslett, and if my memory serves me correct, he did a pretty decent job as a DC just about everywhere he went. He had that one brain-fart when it came to AB, so head coaching material he isn't...but the dude knows defense. If he is available, I would certainly give him a look-see.

We will see if GW can get the upper hand of the 49ers. 2 times a year. Surely he stands a chance

It is a good move for the Saints and GW, obviously he didn't want to be here.

Not at all. When Spagnolo was with the Giants and then the Rams they got great pressure with their front four.

I've said this before, but I'll mention this again. What about that Kirby Smart the DC of Alabama? I know it's a different level, but if he can step it up a notch.....
