i am sorry but i do not think we need to hit on the offense to improve the defense. we are not that far off. we need to bite the bullet and let the young players take over were we can. Then add more in the draft and through the cut and paste of vets in the off season.

Martez Wilson jumps to mind for next year

Martez will be a beast for us next year. I have high hopes that Greg romeus can come on for us as well

Thats right. Greg Romeus shoukd be a good player for us. Like i said the money is sitting on the D side of the ball. Let some of the old dogs go and use some of the younger guys. I dont believe in tearing apart a O that broke so many records. A new DC can help our young guys mature.

Greg Williams was brought in to change the defensive culture, I'd say that was a success. Now our guys have the attitude instilled in them, a more sound/disciplined dc can really work with these guys. I'm very optimistic no matter what happens, change will be beneficial. I'm a big fan of the youth we have in place.

Martez Wilson and Greg Romeus both know the system. They could easily be the difference in our LBer's next year.
