Jay Glazer, of SportsLine.com, reports the Oakland Raiders have agreed to terms with free agent DT Warren Sapp (Buccaneers) on a seven-year, $36.6 million deal.

I don't get it.

I do. He will be lined up next to Big Ted...and the Raiders always over-pay guys that are past their prime. Makes perfect sense.

Especially if they have won the Heisman trophy ......
