Sean Payton needs to sit down and do again what he did when he first came here. Reevaluate the staff and make the necessary changes.

I actually feel the same way -- the contact extension they gave Payton provides him with a perfect opportunity to sort of "start over" and re-evaluate EVERYTHING with a fresh eye. And hopefully get even better.
