Yeah and apparently people make statements and don't take the time to look up the info.

As per Rob Ninkovich - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ninkovich was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round (135th overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft.[1] He signed a three-year contract with the team on July 18.[3]
In a preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys on August 21, Ninkovich recorded two sacks and two forced fumbles but was also flagged for a costly unnecessary roughness penalty which led to a Cowboys touchdown.[3] He finished the preseason with three sacks.[1]
During the regular season, Ninkovich appeared in three games for the Saints as a reserve defensive end before suffering a knee injury against the Atlanta Falcons on September 25.[1] He was placed on season-ending injured reserve on September 29,[3] finishing the year with four tackles.[1]
During an afternoon practice on July 30, 2007, Ninkovich was carted off the field with a knee injury that caused him to miss the preseason.[3] He was waived by the team prior to the regular season opener.[3]

So he missed ONE season and we cut him.

Then:
Second stint with Saints
Ninkovich signed off the Dolphins' practice squad by the New Orleans Saints on December 3, 2008. He was released on July 30, 2009 after the Saints signed long snapper Jason Kyle. Ninkovich had previously been considered as a long snapping option for the Saints in the offseason.[9]

Martez takes his spot in spags D, casillas and martez are both faster than Shanle, casillas just can't stay healthy and Shanle keeps getting his spot back

Deal!! Williams scheme put a lot of people in bad positions, not just Shanle. This new DC's scheme is alot of basic and fundamental ball, there will be quite alot of our players do well in his system.

Shanle looked a bit confused as who to cover on the play. I'm sure if he had to do it again he would've shaded Davis.

But I do not loathe Shanle. Let the new coaches do the evaluation process, see who plays best in training camp and we'll see who makes the team this next season.

Ok, so it was 2 years to revover. The fact is, he blew his knee out in 2006 and didn't recover fully (getting back to 100%) untill 2009, and then he wasn't a full time starter.

He didn't start in an NFL game until 2010.

So I don't think you can knock the Saints for letting him go after the knee injury.

Unless you stand taller the 6'5 I'll never be mini you but seeing how I'm the Villain you could be my faithful side kick kinda like Dick Dasterdly and Mutley

Shanle dependable? GTFOH He showed not only you but the world how dependable he was. He used his "smarts" to blow coverage and play a crossing pattern that never came! That def shows smarts to allow an obvious play to be completed. Everyone knew Its was going to be a seam to davis but shanle used his smarts since hes not fast enough to screw the team over. He went from possible hero to goat and bought his way into the Saints Infamous. When hes off the team HIS NAME SHOULD NEVER BE MENTIONED AGAIN

RAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH (╮°-°)╮┳━┳ (╯°□°)╯ ┻━┻ *flips table* GET SOME!
