Are the Saints showing disrespect to Drew Brees?

Feb 2, 2012 Drew Brees - “There is no doubt in my mind” a contract will get finalized, Brees said on the Dan Patrick Show Thursday. “It’s pretty straight up and should be done here in the next 4-5 weeks (= March 1st through the 8th).”

There certainly is not a story YET. Just need to wait and see. It's like complaining that the Christmas present ain't any good when you have no clue what it is on December 15th.

Someone please shoot me before this gets outta hand. Before we know it, there will be a rumor of Drew getting released so we can bring in Payton Manning.

I kinda like that rumor. It's so dumb it's genius. I think I will talk loudly about it while waiting around on the parade route tonight, as if I heard it from somewhere reputable, and get people around me to start freaking out. That should be funny.
