At least Jason David manned up and said he was struggling. Olin Kreutz flat out quit. I don't know which is worst...we eventually recovered from Kreutz but David hurt us the whole season. I think I'd have to go with Kreutz. Arguing with coaches...saying he didn't care anymore when a lot of effort was put in to sign him.

At least they saved some money with him retiring in the middle of the season, and if its true that unused cap room transfers to next year's cap room - then it wasn't that bad.

Also, Kreutz was signed for $2M/year with the possibility of additional $2M in bonuses, which he clearly didn't get.

By Kreutz quitting, we saved some money. I'm okay with that.

JD. No vote needed.

Here's why...

Everyone, EVERYONE (in my best Gary Oldman voice) KNEW JD was gonna make our secondary awesome. Then the first game against Indy and he gets burnt. Every other defensive play after that was one giant after another. I still have nightmares he is still on the team.

I agree with the JD pick. He was such a zone CB, he had no clue how to play man. I never saw a CB watch the backfield and bite so bad on play action.
