Well, before this Brees fiasco, I would have said to Nicks that he just needs to relax and let Loomis do his thing. He will be taken care of. However, if you look at things from a slightly different angle, we could move Strief to LG and move Brown in to RT and or draft an OT/OG as well and keep on keepin on. Strief actually played some G for us a while back when someone was injured and he's definitely big enough to handle it, maybe even better than RT. I don't think we'd be in too bad a shape if that were to happen and it just may. The thing that's coming to light is that we squandered two opportunities to win another Super Bowl these last two years because of poor defense and it may well have cost us our window.
