What does he suggest the league do with Benson, since he didn't make sure that his order to stop the bounty program was obeyed?

Supposedly, Benson was asked/told about it by the league investigators and told Loomis 'if' there was such a bounty, stop it immediately.

i only read this cause "dill" was in the title. its one of my go to sayings when referencing someone who is a dill. i actually have a friend named phil who i call dill
