I didn't read anything there about making players leave the game on a stretcher. Relevance? Zero.

Still a bounty system

Intent. That's the whole issue.

How do you prove intent?

You push a player in the field ofplay out of bounds. He then hits a cameraman and hurts himself. The Defensive player had no intent of that happening but as a result the Offensive player has to sit out or leave the game. He gets teh "Bounty" Cash.

We did not injure jack squat after Farve and Warner. And only two hits were penalized as illegal or roughing.

Doesn't matter if the player INTENDED to injury anyone.

If its true that Vilma put $10K on a table before the '09 NFCC game and said Favre out of the game, then what do you call that?
