I need a know-it-all
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; IMHO the NFL should allow a percentage of a players "cap-hit" to be reduced if they are resigning with the team that DRAFTED them...it would allow teams to remain together as a team......

My thinking is, that the first year of a new Brees contract will need to be mostly signing bonus, unless we do some major restructuring or major cuts.
