this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; He is suppose to be visiting today and I haven't heard anything on him. Has anyone else heard anything?...

It might be like the Ben Grubbs deal, if he did sign. Might take another day to get all the details worked out

That's the kind of thinking I'm looking for. Please please please give us another MLB'er that is also our captain.

With Lofton coming over tomorrow (or today) I don't think they'd offer Hawthorne a formal contract if it is a either-or type of a situation.

Hawthorne and Wimbley would make more sense than Hawthorne and Lofton.

Lofton and Wimbley would be better, if we can afford both - and we still have Drew's contract to contend with as well as this little problem of Defensive Tackles...
