Well, up here we just call 'em 'canoes', but the correct pronunciation would be 'pee-ro' ... we got swamps too, just call 'em 'marshes', that's all, and they ain't all over the place like in Louisiana ... or filled with gators either, :lol:. Even got a couple of gator farms that have been on hard times could use some free "chicken" to feed their babies...

Still can't believe the two Swamp People episodes I saw where Troy went after a couple 13-footers in a pirogue, that type of boat just doesn't look steady enough ... can't wait for Sapper to get back from having his 'little Sapper' and start an outdoors group, :mrgreen:.
