Deandre Brown??

Deandre Brown via his facebook status "The move from wr to tight end is going smooth and this weight is starting to look good on me imma be gronkin on fools!!"

Why not try him out? He played at Southern Miss in the 6'6 240 range and had 4.4 speed pre leg breaks, I believe he ran a 4.6 or so at the combine last year though. Anyways, I like the move from WR to TE he has the great size and length and we need depth at TE and he would be cheap! He would be a project I see as low risk high reward. And if he did start gronkin on some fools it could get real nasty with him and Jimmy!

WTF does gronkin mean?

ChrisXVI 03-19-2012 07:00 PM

Losing the Super Bowl and getting "white boy wasted" according to Jalen Rose???

I wanted him last year and there were rumors that he signed with us, but he, like everyone else, ended up in Philly. Bring him in.

"gronkin'" is a term of art for an endearing tap, like a nuggie, only at 29 miles per hour.

TE could use another developmental player.

Bring him in and lets see what he can do.

Being a big-time TE like Gronkowski? Otherwise, I'd have to go with the ChrisXVI definition ... gronkin, crunkin ... yada, yada, yada.

Gronkin... Gronkowski-in, Tide End for the Pats....

Our version would be
Grahamin...

Simmular to Gronked.

I watched him quit on the field in big games @ USM... I don't need to see him quit in bigger games in the MBSD. The depth we need @ TE is for blocking more than anything else. He is not a good fit there.

AND, I was a huge fan of his going into USM as we are both from the same town in MS. He let me down as a fan.
