Switzerland-based Shawish Jewelry has created a diamond ring that trumps Beyoncé’s 18-carat engagement ring from Jay-Z and even the late Elizabeth Taylor’s 30-carat stunner from Richard Burton — a 150-carat diamond ring. And when we say diamond ring, we literally mean a diamond ring. As in: an entire ring completely made out of a huge chunk of diamond, and nothing else.
It took the team at Shawish a year to carve the dazzler (understandable) — and don’t even think about trying to make a copy of the design; it’s already been copyrighted. This baby is expected for sell for a low, low price of $70 million.
