The Oakland Raiders were one of the biggest television draws of the 1970s Monday Night Football era, and the Patriots have been a staple of prime time games ever since Spygate, so I don't buy into this at all

Go ahead-- punish us and watch the networks scream

Couldn't care less if they don't play any primetime games... I'll just be glad if I don't have to listen to Colinsworth spewing his hatred at the Saints.

Super Bowl will be primetime anyway, no way they can change that. ;-)

actually, prime time home games are a pain in the butt for me, since
we travel. I joked the last couple years that winning was killing me, because back when we sucked, it was always just Sunday at Noon.

Imagine if Bill Parcells is hired as the saints', the media's favorite team this off season, interim head coach. Think we won't get 5 prime time games?

that is exactly what i meant, same thing applies to the Saints, they are a ratings winner for the networks EVERY time they are on prime time TV

you cant tell me we wouldnt be a ratings bonanza, at least the first half of the season. everyone is interested in us--- for various reasons.

and that's the bottom line, the bottom line. No way the pimps in the NFL offices slight us and hurt themselves financially.

Now we're seeing another reason why the media is anxious to have the Saints have their success - just wait till the Vikings, Jaguars or Rams move to the other LA...
