Goodell will ban somebody for life for this...

I dunno. With that schedule we'd have the division locked away pretty early. Falcons and Panthers games are a little too early.

Week 5 Bye Week is W-E-A-K

We get screwed every year on the schedule.

Why do we have to geaux to Green Bay, AGAIN?

Why do we have to play ATL early, we won the division?

And why can't we host a Thanksgiving Day Game - we've earned it!

Dallas and Detroit hosting Thanksgiving day games is a tradition.

League says leaked regular-season schedule is

Many of you have submitted via email over the past day or so various links to a supposedly leaked 2012 regular-season schedule.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello says it’s “bogus.”

Though the league necessarily can’t keep a lid on information that goes out to the 32 teams, the league office guards zealously the regular-season schedule. Since the teams don’t get it, the teams can’t leak it.

The regular-season schedule will be released before the draft. There’s rarely much advance notice before the thing comes out.

I hear ya, so let them host each other; and now that we're perennial contenders, we've earned it...

Why should Jerry's kids be any special?

This doesn't seem quite right to me. The divisional games are too early -- I could be wrong, but I can't remember a year where the divisional games were that early, in the OPENING WEEK, week 1, week 2, and week 3 etc. Usually the divisional games don't start until a little bit further into the season, right? I could be wrong but I can't remember a year where that's been the case. Opening against the Panthers and the Falcons in week 3 just seems wrong, it's NEVER happened that way, at least in my current memory.
