how long is Payton under contract?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Just wondering. I hear rumors he may be a Cowboy in 2013. Just want some solid clarification. Then again, we win it all this year and who cares....

Depends on how the contract is viewed I suppose. being suspended "with out pay" means there would be a years worth of pay unfulfilled.

I hope he stays a long, long time, even if we someway win it all this year it's with a team Payton put together, just like Sapp said about Tampa, it was put together by Dungy. Also look at Tampa did under Gruden and what Inni. did when Dungy took over.
