You have to wait 3 years after high school to get in the NFL, but you can go straight out of high school into the armed forces. Then you might get a one way ticket to Iraq from there. I wonder if I can get a supreme court ruling on that?!?!

18 is old enough to go to a foreign country and die for the right not to be able to walk into a bar and legally order a drink ......

Well I am not going to argue the drinking age with you but I am in the military... have you seen these 18 year-olds we have... I am ok with the drinking age at 18. Hell they get alcohol anyways so what does it matter. Its the dumb ones who get caught with it. I like the ruling myself. The NFL has rules for reasons... one, keeps developing players, developing and good for college ball. These kids need an education... who\'s to say they go NFL and get hurt in camp and have nothing to fall back on.

The point is not whether any of us like the rule....but that it is the rule......glad they didn\'t circumvent.........and before BandB can say anything i did say circumvent...not cize

When you bargain collectively the rules change. I\'d hate to see the NFL turn into the NBA, so I\'m content with things being the way they are.
