yeah, we are missing a sex scandal to round out the summer. Calling it now, Lance Moore found in West Virginia with a dead hooker in the trunk of his car....

Even if there is another scandal, it's going to be Loomis, or Payton, not anybody else -- you can bank on it. I've come to my own conclusion that there will be more vague, unprovable, wild stuff coming out, all through the off season and training camp... Sex scandal sounds about right, or else bribing/paying money to college athletes and their families while they were still in college, or maybe something to tie him in with Reggie Bush/USC Heisman mess that can't ever be proven or verified. That sounds about right...

Whoever has this vendetta against Loomis is not going to let up or go away, folks -- not until either Loomis is gone, or until the source of this personal vendetta against him and Sean Payton is outed and revealed. It's not going to stop.... There will be more unprovable, ahem, stuff, thrown against the wall, anonymously or through "sources," it's coming. This is a vendetta by a former Saints employee, or perhaps more than one, against Loomis and the organization. I'm pretty much resigned to it at this point.

Exactly right IMO. Somebody has an axe to grind no doubt. At least at this point that is becoming clear, which, frankly, makes the whole thing a bit more tolerable for me, because now I know it's not (just) my team, but some person's agenda because he/she has a bone to pick with our upper management.

The timing was almost like someone wanted to divert Loomis's attention from either the draft or working on signing Drew long term... :rolleyes:
