I somewhat agree! Vilma hasn't been the same since the knee injuries. The only thing about cutting Smith we don't have much tested depth behind him...

I've been wanting the Saints to cut Will Smith since they got back from San Fran, it sucks that Vilma is gone for the season but if that's what it costs to get over this BS then so be it. It frees up money to get Drew's contract done and maybe now these young guys that Smith has been holding down can finally shine
