CONFUSED

With audio evidence of Gregg Williams stating the obvious with that being said is the only evidence they had against the staff; what kind of visual evidence do they have against the players. I would think an appeal process should be in order to produce this visual evidence. From what I see of game film it's the same as any other game in the NFL so where’s the players proof of the allegations. If no proof can the players themselves initiate a lawsuit?

Good questions.

The courts can hold this thing up for quite a while.
If they can find the right judge, file a motion to stay, and they don't have to do that
until the suspensions start in September. By the time this thing comes up for judicial review
we would be hosting a playoff game. Then by the time a court date is set, it would be
a whole new season. I don't see how the CBA could preclude an individual's right to court.
Let's drag this thing out til 2017.

Considering certain morons kept a hard copy of the program, it is not too difficult to believe something is written somewhere that says who was paid something.

After listening and reading a lot about this, apparently this CAN NOT go to a court. It was in the CBA that all player disciplines appeals will be heard by the commissioner. No third party arbitration's.

Bet that was in the fine print! Cannot believe they would knowingly allow this.

The only way it gets held up in court is if the NFL is in violation of a Federal or State law. That's what held up the Star Caps incident, the NFL was guilty in that case but a judge ruled it didn't matter. Not sure if the NFL paid a fine for that violation but the suspensions stuck. It would likely be the same scenario if it went to court. The NFL has something on these players otherwise it would have not gone this far. With that said, not sure what the NFL could be guilty of...
