Well to the letter of the agreement, if the players can show malice, breach of contract, or improper conduct by Goddell, they are allowed to go to court, according to the agreement. And I think they can. I believe the court wants to hear this case. I know the supreme court does.
Here is a twist for you.... Who do the players have to present this evidence to to get the blessing to go to court and not violate the CBA?

Goodell??

"We are appealing to the appellate, for the permission to appeal to a court higher than the appellate. Our evidence shows malice on the part of the appellate that is supposed to hear our appeal. Yea that's you Roger. We do not believe we can get a proper appeal hearing from the appellate, so we are going above your ass!"

Thats a funny statement. Yeah, but a federal judge will be present with RG, and that does not even matter. IF he turns them down the lawyers take over, and they will get a judge to hear it.
If I were a Judge, I would jump all over this to further my career, and if they can't get that, it gets worst for the NFL, because they are forced to bring it to the supreme court to nullify the antitrust agreement.
NFL owners do not want that to happen or for this to get that far.
People have a real misconception that you can't get around RG, as I showed you, thats just not true at all. They could even void the CBA citing the agreement was already broken. This is why it could take years.

Saints proved that pigs could fly in 2009.
Now its time for another miracle SuperBowl and go where no pig has gone before.

The "Average Joe" fan will look at it like this.... No one was fired, and we have millionaires suing each other for more damn money. Too much drama for me, "click" tennis is now on the TV.

Baseball for example: I played for 12 years... Cant even watch it now because of all the steroid, HGH, strikes, etc...

They need to serve their suspensions, and carry on with business.

If they were fired, terminated, sent to jail.. I would take it to God if I had to.

I sure hope so. If he's worried about his legacy he can stop worrying...
